At FirstBPO, we provide Data Analysis for web surveys, paper surveys and CATI/CAPI studies. The received data may need to be cleaned, validated and corrected (especially important for paper questionnaires). We provide these services using SPSS Quantum. The data is edited using various logical checks as per the questionnaire and study objectives provided by you and corrected as per your feedback. The validated data as well as the tables are provided to you on completion of the project.

The objective of the data cleaning/editing process is to work on clean and valid data so that you can have valid analysis. The paper questionnaires survey results can be transmitted to us either in hard copy or scanned files. Alternatively, you can send us the data in soft copy. Of course, for web surveys or CATI/CAPI studies, the data is always in soft copy and is comparatively clean.

Tabulation is the primary function of Data Analysis. The data is validated and analyzed to generate tables in a client-specified format that helps the researcher to interpret the results of the survey and present it to his/her client. The tabulation team at FirstBPO is equipped to provide quality tabulation services as per your process standards. We have experience with SPSS Quantum, WinCross^TM and SPSS. FirstBPO has process expertise for complex data analysis activities such as levels data.

During the entire analysis process, quality control checks are strictly administered. In our organization, we do not consider quality control as a separate process. It is an integral part of our processes and procedures.
